Vehicle submission

Submit your vehicle for production consideration

If you own a vehicle that could suit film, television or wider production use, PPV would like to hear from you. Submit your details through our secure form and we'll be in touch if your vehicle is a match for a future brief.

Why Submit?

Get paid for
your vehicle

Productions across film, TV, music and commercial work pay real money for the right vehicle. Standard vehicles earn solid fees. Rare, vintage or specialist vehicles can command premium rates. Your vehicle in storage could be generating income.

Any vehicle.
Any type.

PPV works across every vehicle type - classic cars, motorcycles, military, commercial, aircraft, watercraft and everything in between. If you own something distinctive that spends time stored, it's worth a submission.

Frequently asked questions

Who can submit a vehicle?

Anyone who owns a vehicle or is authorised to act on behalf of the owner can submit. Vehicles can be of any type, from standard road cars through to classics, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, aircraft and more. If you think your vehicle might suit a production environment, it's worth submitting

Does my vehicle need to be road registered?

Not necessarily. While road-registered vehicles are often preferred for practical reasons, PPV also works with unregistered, SORN'd and non-road vehicles depending on the production requirement. Please indicate the current status accurately in your submission.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes. All information submitted through this form is handled in accordance with the PPV Privacy Policy. Your personal details and vehicle information will not be shared with third parties without your consent. The internal database is private and accessible only to the PPV team.

What if my vehicle's details change after submission?

If there are significant changes to your vehicle - sale, significant modification, change in availability - please contact PPV directly at info@propicvehicles.co.uk to update or withdraw your submission.

Is there a fee to submit?

No. Submitting your vehicle to the PPV database is completely free. Any commercial arrangements relating to production use are discussed and agreed separately if and when your vehicle is selected for a brief.

How many photos should I include?

Please upload a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 photographs. At least one exterior shot and one interior shot are recommended. Photos should be clear, well-lit and accurately represent the vehicle's current condition. Good quality photographs significantly improve the assessment process.

What types of vehicle are you looking for?

PPV sources vehicles across a very wide range of types and eras for use in film, television, music videos, commercials and wider production work. This includes everyday modern vehicles, classic and vintage cars, prestige and performance vehicles, motorcycles, vans and commercial vehicles, emergency services vehicles, military vehicles, agricultural vehicles, aircraft and watercraft. If in doubt, submit — the PPV team will assess suitability.

What happens after I submit?

Once received, your submission is reviewed privately by the PPV team. If your vehicle is considered suitable for the internal database, you will be notified by email. Being added to the database does not guarantee your vehicle will be used - it means it will be considered when a matching production brief comes in. There is no fixed timescale for review.

Will my vehicle definitely be used in a production?

Submission to the database does not guarantee use. PPV works to match vehicles to production briefs as they arise. If your vehicle is selected for a production, the PPV team will contact you directly to discuss availability, logistics and any applicable fees.

Can I submit more than one vehicle?

Yes. If you own multiple vehicles that may be suitable, please submit a separate form for each vehicle. This ensures each vehicle is assessed individually and recorded accurately in the database.

How long will my vehicle stay in the database?

There is no fixed expiry on database entries. PPV may periodically review the database and contact submitters to confirm continued availability and accuracy of information. You can request removal at any time by contacting info@propicvehicles.co.uk.
